Auglaize Erie Machine, Inc. is experienced in production machining of parts made from a large variety of material such as: Plastics, Bronze, Brass, Square and Round Tubing, Cold & Hot formed Steel, Aluminum, Castings, Forgings, Burnouts, Stainless Steel, TG & P, and many more.

Our facility provides Production Saws, Mills, Lathes, and a Custom / Production Welding department. When required by our customers, AEM also utilizes some of the best outsourcing vendors throughout the area for quality finishes such as: Black Oxide, Endurion Coating, Zinc & Chrome plating, Paint, Primer, Powder coating, Electroless Nickel Plating, and more.

Although we incorporate a Quality Control Department, each operator is required to use quality, calibrated, precision instruments to perform final inspection of parts machined at each operation. Our Operators work directly with our QC Manager to ensure they are on the right track. When parts are finished through their final process, they must be passed through our Quality Control personnel before proceeding to our shipping department.
